General Questions
Do you sell shrubs?
Yes, we have 11 greenhouses full of shrubs. We keep a complete shrub inventory year round.

Planting Questions
Which shrubs do best in the shade?
Aucuba, Hollies and Yews. Boxwood will tolerate some shade but do still need good light in the area. Abelia does well with part shade and will still bloom.

There are not an abundance of shrubs that do well in very low light. We get a lot of requests for shrubs that grow in the shade and bloom -- most plants that bloom need good light.

Most of the other shrubs will tolerate full sun here. Many are fine with afternoon sun, but are happier in the heat of summer with some afternoon shade.

What fertilizer would you recommend for shrubs?
Sparkman's Tree and Shrub Fertilizer!
